Slow Roast is looking for a passionate junior chef to join their team aimed at developing exciting new ideas for the year ahead.
The ideal candidate should possess a relevant culinary arts degree and/or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. HACCP, manual handling, and fire safety training are necessary. A clean driving license and car are desirable.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a flair for creativity, and a passion for good food.
No idea is too wild, and creativity will be encouraged.

The role will include:
- Replicating recipes
- Checking in food orders
- Food prep & stock management
- Kitchen cleanliness & management
- Implementing and adhering to a food safety programme & HACCP
- Advising in the creation of new dishes
- Serving high-quality food under pressure at a fast pace.
