- Bring your letter for Santa to be posted in the special Santa postbox.
Queue Number System:
- Each family receives a Queue Number upon arrival.
- Visit Santa when your number is called, at any stage during your visit.
Photo with Santa:
- Although the Photo with Santa service won’t be offered this year, feel free to capture the magic with your own camera.
Gift Note:
- Once Santa’s gift is chosen, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
