Santa to switch on Loughrea Community Lights
Check out Santa as he arrives at Main Street, Loughrea, on Saturday, 19 November, @ 5pm, with Loughrea Fire Service to count down and switch on the 2022 Loughrea Community Christmas lights.
Christmas Santa makes a return visit to Turoe Pet Farm
Explore the wonderful setting and saviour the festive atmosphere at Turoe Pet Farm, Bullaun, Loughrea. Come and meet Santa at his Grotto with your family. As part of your Christmas experience in Turoe each child will receive a Token which will let them choose one present from Santa’s Shop. Christmas opening hours from Friday, 25 November to Friday 23 December. Online bookings essential with time slots in place. Gaeilge Locha Riach, with the support of the Teanga Tí scheme, is organizing a Christmas Party for families, Saturday 3 December 2022 at 11.00, upstairs in the new Plaza in Locha Riach Town (H62 FY86).
We will have lots of games and crafts on the day, as well as a visit from Santa!

Little Lapland for Liz 2022
Little Lapland for Liz will take place at Mulberry Childcare again this year. ‘This event is organised in memory of Liz Leahy, on October 23rd 2020 we lost our beloved Liz and like so many people we miss Liz everyday.’ Saturday 3 December and Sunday 4 December, come visit Santa, receive a present, lots of activities and refreshments and more. Christmas Party at the Funshack Playcentre
Santa is arriving at the Funshack Playcentre Loughrea at 3 pm on Saturday, 3 December 2022. There is lots of festive fun to be had between 3 pm and 5 pm, with face painting, Christmas treats, and a free raffle. There is also a prize for every child wearing a Christmas Jumper.
Price on entry as normal, with 6 euro additional to see Santa.
Christmas Toddler Morning takes place on Friday, 9 December, from 10 am – 12 pm.

Christmas Fair at Kilnadeema NS
Visit Santa at Kilnadeema NS Christmas Fair on Sunday, 4 December, between 12pm and 4pm. Enjoy Santa’s Grotto, craft fair, cake sale, raffle and face painting. Family photo and selection box are included in the visit to Santa – €10 for 1 child/€15 for 2 children/ max €20 for 3 or more children. Organised by Kilnadeema NS Parents Association – free admission to the craft fair and cake sale.
PALS & Youth Work Ireland Loughrea SENSORY SANTA
Book a slot to visit Santa in a clam and relaxed space at at Temperance Hall, Loughrea, Co. Galway, on Sunday, 11 December, between 10AM and 4PM. Visit the Youth Work Ireland elves for hot chocolate and treats, decorate a bauble to hang on your tree and have your face painted.
