New Sunday Pilates Workshop at The Health Hub

Join Maggie for a Sunday Pilates and Coffee at The Health Hub Loughrea from Sunday 30th January 10 am-12 pm. This workshop is designed to introduce you to Pilates or deepen your knowledge and practice. Designed for all levels, so if you are a beginner it will serve as a wonderful introduction and if you are already familiar with Pilates this will be a lovely morning practice for you.
