Loughrea Squash Club to Host Open Night for New Members

Loughrea Squash Club announced an Open Night for potential new members on Tuesday, 24th September, as part of the European Week of Sport 2024.

Everyone is welcome to attend and try out the court, with rackets and balls provided for a short game. The event is open to men, women, juniors, and OAPs, encouraging a diverse range of participants to experience the sport.

The squash court is typically busy from 6pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday. Therefore, the club encourages individuals to come and play during the day or on weekends to ensure they can secure a time slot.

Loughrea Squash Club offers various squash leagues and ladders throughout the year, allowing players to compete against others at a similar skill level. Additionally, a summer championship runs from March until May, providing further opportunities for competitive play.
