Loughrea Gaelic Football Celebrates U12 Teams’ Success in County Finals

Loughrea Gaelic Football Club is proud to congratulate our three outstanding U12 teams, all of whom reached their county finals this past Saturday. It is an incredible achievement to field three teams at this age group, and having them all reach the finals in their respective county divisions is a testament to their dedication and hard work.

Competing against Annaghdown, Salthill Knocknacarra, and St. James, the girls demonstrated remarkable skill, teamwork, and determination. Since beginning their U12 journey in March, the development of these players has been exceptional. While two of the finals didn’t go our way, the U12 league is focused on player development, and the future looks bright for these young footballers.

It was heartening to see the girls supporting one another across different venues, showcasing true team spirit. A special thank you to all the coaches for their efforts throughout the season, as well as to the parents, sponsors, and families for their unwavering support of these talented athletes.
