Loughrea Christmas Parking Concessions Approved by Galway County Council

As we count down to Christmas, Galway County Council has approved a motion to provide free parking in Loughrea town for the upcoming Christmas season. The initiative, aimed at boosting footfall during the busy festive shopping period, will offer free on and off-street parking.

The Christmas parking concessions will be available from 11 AM each day, starting Sunday, 8th December, and continuing through Tuesday, 31st December 2024. This initiative is designed to support local businesses and encourage shoppers to spend time in the town during the festive season.
