Loughrea Athletic Club is set to kick off the much-anticipated return of its Fit4Life next week on the 8th and 11th of January. Fitness enthusiasts can lace up their running shoes and join the sessions, meeting at the Temperance Hall every Monday and Thursday at 7 pm.
