Lignum announce collaboration dinner with renowned chefs
Taking to Facebook, Lignum chef Danny Africano announced the collaboration with Matt Smith, Head Chef at Inver Restaurant & Rooms on Loch Fyne, Scotland, and Kevin O’Donnell of KADEAU in Copenhagen, at Lignum for a one night event on Sunday, 27 November.
These three chefs will create a 16 Course Tasting Menu influenced by their terroir – Ireland, Denmark and Scottish Highlands.
This special event will have very limited availability.
