What is Lomi Lomi Massage?
Lomi Lomi is a polynesian massage. It’s roots steeped in the ancestry of the people.
It uses the forearms in long, gentle but firm flowing strokes, moving continuously up and down the entirety of the body. Bringing an incredible sense of relaxation and peace within the body. Hands and elbows are also used to relieve tension and free the body from blockages or pain.
Alan said: ‘I am a qualified holistic massage therapist through ITEC. I started this therapy Journey because of my interest in how the body heals. How the body holds emotions and how we release and let go. I believe in creating a space to allow for healing. That’s my roll. To prepare the body to let go, by feeding the senses through music, aroma, intention, touch!’
