Loughrea Medieval Festival, Galway County Heritage Office, Galway County Council presents the Archaeology of Loughrea. Galway Community Archaeologist Bernie Doherty will give an overview of various excavations, discoveries and studies with a focus on the medieval town of Loughrea. Children welcome.
