Her Outdoors 2023: Loughrea outdoor fitness class with a difference

Galway Sports Partnership are excited to bring you a taste of an outdoor fitness class with a twist!

Join the fantastic Laura Balta on Wednesday, August 16th at 20:00 (8pm) for an outdoor fitness class with a difference!

This sessions is open to girls aged 16+. The classes are open level, suiting all abilities including beginners.

Where to meet: Loughrea Lake, Loughrea, Galway.

What to bring: Water, a towel or an exercise mat. Wear comfortable footwear and clothing.
