Looking to join a hiking club this October? The Grey Lake Ramblers, a local group based in Loughrea, are welcoming new members!

If you love walking or hiking in the great outdoors, then the Ramblers are the perfect fit for you. They organise regular treks in stunning locations like the Sliabh Aughty Mountains, the Burren, and Connemara. Walks vary in difficulty, from relatively easy routes to more challenging hikes, catering to all levels of fitness. This year, the club celebrated a successful 4-day hiking festival, with approximately 150 participants exploring the local hills.
