Beidh an tsiúlóid dúlra speisialta seo ag tosú amach in Oifig Ghaeilge Locha Riach le píosa cainte ag an mbeirt éiceolaí, Cian Ó Ceallaigh agus Gordon Darcy, faoin mbithéagsúlacht atá ar fáil i bPáirc Uí Chorra atá díreach in aice le Loch Riach. Tar éis na cainte beidh muid ag fágáil na hoifige agus ag siúl ciliméadar amháin go dtí an pháirc chun a cuid bithéagsúlachta a thaiscéaladh. Beidh tóraíocht taisce ann le haghaidh na ngasúr agus beidh sólaistí ar fáil in oifig Ghaeilge Locha Riach ina dhiaidh na siúlóide.

Join Loughrea Tidy Towns and Gaeilge Locha Riach for a bilingual nature walk in Loughrea as part of Water Heritage Day and Heritage Week.

This very special nature walk will begin in the Gaeilge Locha Riach Office with a short talk by ecologists Cian Ó Ceallaigh and Gordon Darcy about the biodiversity that is to be found in Corry’s Field which is situated directly beside Lough Rea. After the talk, we will be leaving the office and walking one kilometre to the field to explore its biodiversity. There will be a treasure hunt for children and refreshments will be provided in the office after the walk.

Spaces are limited so tickets must be reserved and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
