Slow Roast Sandwiches & Coffee announce expansion

The team behind Slow Roast Sandwiches & Coffee Loughrea have been busy behind the scenes and have taken to social media to announce they will be opening a second location, which will be opening in Athlone in mid August.

A couple of months on from winning Galway’s Greatest Coffee category at the Galway’s Greatest Awards 2022, co-owners Sarah Ryan and Conor Hamill have thanked everyone that has supported them since they first opened this week last year, adding, ‘We could never have imagined we would be opening up another Slow Roast a year later’.

In twelve short months Slow Roast Sandwiches & Coffee have become known for not only their coffee, but their very tasty grilled sandwiches.
