3rd Loughrea Scouts fundraiser at McD’s Garden & Home a huge success

The 3rd Loughrea Scouters were fundraising at McD’s Garden & Home today, Sunday, 22 May, raising €408.25 within a few hours.

The 3rd Loughrea Scouters would like to say a big thank you to McD’s Garden & Home for their support. Thank you to all who supported their fundraiser and to the parents and scouters, Beavers and Cubs who helped out at the fundraiser today.

Those who supported commented on how well behaved, polite and knowledgeable the youth members of 3rd Loughrea Scouters were, so congrats to all involved.

Money raised today will go towards the Sunflower Initiative, raising funds for Polish Scouters who are providing humanitarian aid for refugees at the border. In addition, some of the funds will go towards supporting the 3rd Loughrea Scouts.
